Ingrid Rinck was born in the United States on April 24, 1981. She is 43 years old as of May 2024. She is the daughter of Gary Rinck, a former American restaurant owner in the United States, and Jane Biosdore Rinck, a registered nurse.

At 15, Ingrid developed a passion for fitness. After completing her high school education, she decided not to go to college and instead pursued her passion for fitness and became a fitness instructor. During her career, she acquired over 40 certificates in fitness.

Ingrid focused on many studies, experiments, and research to design The Rinck Routine, a delicate balance of yoga, Pilates, and dance. She uploads samples of her routine on her YouTube channel, which has over 2000 subscribers and 27 videos.
