As if the fight between Lindsay and Robert was not already ugly enough, that it took a far more dirty twist when police suddenly discovered a plot hatched by Lindsay to actually harm and "kill" Robert.
The most intriguing part of the story is how this entire plot uncovered in a totally different place from where Robert and Lindsay were actually living.
According to the website Bahamas Court News, the police were involved in investigating a "break-in" at "Grabber's Bar and Grill on Guana," and while examining the WhatsApp messages of a suspect, they suddenly came across a detailed plan to kill Robert Shiver.
According to the prosecutors - Lindsay Shiver, 36, her alleged lover, Terrance Bethel, 28, and another 29-year-old man Faron Newbold together conspired to kill Lindsay's estranged husband Robert Shiver.
Faron Newbold was supposed to be the assassin in this crime plot. Terrance Bethel, however, claims that the police has actually exaggerated the context of the chat messages and that there was no actual plot of a real conspiracy.
At this point, its worth noting that Robert and Lindsay had connections to the Bahamas previously. Robert supposedly owns a holiday home in the Bahamas and used to travel there frequently with his family on his private jet. This fact gives an insight into the Bahamas connection of the entire plot.
Though it is still not fully known as to how Lindsay and her lover "Terrance Adrien Bethel" got into an affair.
Lindsay's Detention and Bail
Lindsay was arrested on July 21. The police went forward with examination of her mobile phone and allegedly found messages of instructions to kill Robert. The police informed Robert who replied with counter accusations of cheating, multiple affairs, and manipulative behavior on Lindsay.
Lindsay was detained in Nassau's Fox Hill prison initially, but was later released on bail, reportedly of amount $100,000. The bail had conditions. She was required to wear a GPS ankle monitor all the time, report to the police thrice a week, and stay in the Bahamas until further orders.
A court hearing was scheduled for October 5, 2023, as well.
Robert moves on with Savannah Chrisley
Even though Robert continues with the legal battles against Lindsay, he seems to have found a new life with a new friend, Savannah Chrisley, and both are reportedly dating.
